Copyright warning notice - section 50

This notice must be used if library staff are emailing material copied under s 50 of the Copyright Act to another library, for example an interlibrary loan or material copied by Special Collections.

The Copyright Act and Regulations have specific requirements about notices, so the wording must not be altered.

It must be prominently displayed on each electronic copy. It must appear either before or at the same time as the material being communicated appears on the screen.
